Back in March 2020 our world was turned up-side-down. We entered into a lock-down of three weeks and for me face to face work ceased immediately. During this time I offered online and telephone counselling which is not my preferred way of working, but a solution to an unusual situation we all found ourselves suddenly plunged into.
It’s August 2020 now and I am returning back to face to face work and I’m really pleased to be doing so. While I’ve enjoyed the convenience of working from home it isn’t the same as working face to face. Not only is it essential for some but I’ve actually missed being with people. Something I think most of us can relate to after recent events.
I’m aware that not everyone will feel comfortable working face to face and for those that prefer to remain working online or on the telephone, that option will remain. It’s actually nice to offer the flexibility and useful if the current situation changes because it is something we can revert back to if required.
So welcome back and I do hope you are able to join me.
